Limited Selection of Our Experience
- Served as individual arbitrator and as a panel member on American Arbitration Association cases since 1991
- Served as Owners’ Representative for negotiate settlement on construction defect and mold – 155 Room hotel
- Served as daily staff Advocate (5 years / $350 MM) overseeing asbestos removal in an occupied 13-story building
- Performed forensic accounting investigation for counsel into the theft of approximately $4MM by the CEO
- Performed forensic audit and uncovered an internal partner theft of $1.4MM for the injured party’s counsel
- Served as Owners’ Representative on historic home renovation termination dispute on $2MM contract.
